I booked this Oyo proporty through booking.com abd when the guest reached the hotel around 10.30 pm the hotel manager/staff asked for extra payment. The booking amount was Rs.970 or so but they charged Rs.1500. They did not provide the bill and told the guest that the bill will be received through whatsapp.... but till date it is not received.
