The Room with a View studio was a perfect anniversary getaway for my husband & me. The studio had all of the basics for food prep. Great views of the dunes from the studio & deck with a peekaboo ocean view. So convenient being a 5 minute walk to the ocean and the boardwalk, cycling trails & in the other direction, all of the great seafood restaurants & shops. One highlight was sunset at The Pickled Fish & a beachwalk to Long Beach Tavern for fresh Oyster shooters. Great hikes and parks to explore. Loved the history tour & a few walks to the local lighthouses near by. We will be back.

Location was great. The room was much nicer then the photos indicated.

We could have picked some nicer weather but it was still nice to get away. The day it rained allowed us to visit Astoria and Seaside.
