They don't give you the room you choose. The owner is not there, other customers are helping you. We waited in front of the hotel door for 1 hour with our suitcases. Breakfast is at a cafe outside the hotel. They said the cafe would open at 7. We went and it was closed. Then they said it would open at 8. It still didn't open. Now they say we will refund you 10 Euros. Don't go, you will be disgraced with your money.
