The apartment was in an excellent location. Everything that you needed was provided. The bed was comfortable, and the rooms were very quiet even though there was a busy road outside. Cameron was easy to deal with, responded quickly to messages, and answered the phone when I had a query. Loved my short stay here. Would definitely book again.

Unfortunately, the allocated parking was full on the day I arrived but did manage to park nearby. The instructions were clear for checking in, but I did have a problem with the main door. A quick phone call to the host, and it was sorted.

Communication, directions and information received from the host before we arrived was clear and comprehensive. When we arrived I worried if the noise from the busy road outside would be a problem - didn't hear a thing with the secondary glazing - super quiet. I'm fussy with beds and after sitting on it thought it might be a bit to soft as I like a firm mattress, one of the most comfiest beds I've slept in. Spotlessly clean, everything you need, really a home from home. It was £1 more than the Premier Inn and you get a parking space which is a real bonus. Only 10 minutes walk into town, and a couple of minutes to a retail park which has a huge Tesco, Asda and Aldi. We are definitely going to stay here again when we next come to Chester.

For a 2 night stay there was nothing that I didn't like.

The location was good. Parking provided and just a short (10 mins) walk to the City walls. It is on a very busy road, but the extra internal glazing meant it was quiet within and the bedroom is at the rear. The facilities are modern and well equipped, and well heated.

Second time staying here and each time was excellent. Would definitely recommend. Clean, modern and has everything you need.

The steps were quite slippy but the weather was icy and snow conditions
