Location is right in the old city, but rather hard to find. The room is nice and breakfast is good.

You need to walk with your luggage, so be prepared. The staff immediately needed the city tax to be paid, even though we stayed two nights. We arrived in the middle of the night and didn't have time to pass by the ATM yet, so it was a bit of a pushy situation.

The hostess was absolutely wonderful, and she took great care of us every day by cleaning the room, changing the towels, and making the bed. The rooftop was beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The location was also fantastic. Riad Sardinas & Chili is not the easiest place to find in Marrakech, but once you do, it is absolutely worth it and the whole experience becomes even more special.

Locatie was heel goed! Lekker rustig, maar toch dichtbij alles. Kamer werd elke dag netjes schoon gemaakt.

Gastvrijheid personeel, werd nauwelijks iets gezegd. Geen welkom of bedankt toen we weggingen. Ontbijt viel heel erg tegen; geen verse jus, of een eitje en geen marrokkaanse thee. Foto's zien er mooier uit dan in werkelijkheid.

Le personnel est au top, toujours aux petits soins. Un grand merci à la dame qui s'en occupe. La localisation au cœur de la Medina mais totalement silencieux malgré le vacarme extérieur est un atout pas négligeable. Le matelas excellents aussi.

Le petit dej un peu tardif (débutant à 8h30) en cas d'excursion. Détail : L'ampoule de la salle de bain est trop basse :D --> installer un néon plat pour éviter de la prendre dans la tête quand on ne fait pas attention

Muy bien situado, a 5 minutos de la plaza Jemaa el fnaa, pero el lugar es de paz total. Nos guardaron el equipaje durante los 3 días en que fuimos al desierto. Buen desayuno. Puedes pagar la tasa turistica en euros.

La comunicación con ellos no es muy fluida tardan en contestar los mensajes. Mejor escribirles con tiempo e incluso al whatsapp. En cualquier caso, acabaron resolviendomelo todo. El transfer desde el aeropuerto es caro. Pero si vienes tarde es mejor contratarlo porque acceder al Riad por primera vez no es fácil, está in poco escondido
