Salvatore, the proprietor, was extremely helpful. Very quick with communications and it worked out that we could check in a bit early and they greeted us with the keys and a tour of the beautiful property. Large and comfortable with a great kitchen, super comfy bed and an awesome main shower and a great smaller shower in the second bathroom. It was convenient to everything in the beautiful town of Nicosia and VERY easy to park conveniently. Which is RARE in Sicily. Great value.

Sometimes It got a bit noisy, as people raced up the road, but they always passed quickly!🤣

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautifully renovated, very clean and well equipped. The hosts were friendly and flexible. Avola itself is a nice town and a good base for exploring surrounding areas. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.

The property is not far from several good restaurants. Street parking was available right outside. Everything thing had been thought about , even down to even providing tea towel. Air con in bedrooms and main living area. Lovely property.

If I was to be picky maybe a shelf in the large shower rather than placing things on the floor.

A perfectly clean, beautifully renovated, luxurious and spacious house. The location is a perfect base to go to the surrounding natural reserves, sea and towns.

I like the accommodation. It was clean,. The owners were nice. The location is near the center and 20 minutes from the beach.

House with a Sicilian taste. Very comfortable, beautiful bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen. All you need to stay in Avola and enjoy beach, city and the near cities.

The house has amazing atmosphere and all rooms are special. Also the location is perfect, you are near centre but also beaches. Salvo was perfect host and he really made our stay unforgettable.
