Stunning modern property, every room with its own pool and loungers. Suites are beautifully furnished, comfy beds and good shower. Excellent location a 5 minute walk (up the hill) to the hilltop village of Koutoulofari with an abundance of restaurants and bars, all with great views over the sea in the distance. Easy parking outside the hotel. Lovely breakfast and coffee with more great views. Room service food was delicious. Very quiet location, but minutes from the vibrant villages. An oasis!

Our room was great, very large living area with separate bedroom. Bathroom could have been a little bigger but was fine. Great location, a 5/10min walk (up hill) to loads of bars and restaurants. Room service food and cocktails were great, so we had this for lunch most days by our own pool. Breakfast selection more than enough for us but could see how some people may find the selection a little limited or repetitive for a longer stay Value for money was great and very much enjoyed our stay

Lage und Parkmöglichkeit absolut gut, die Zimmer sind sehr schön mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf´s Meer. Die Betten sind toll und auch die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war stets OK. Perfekt ist auch die Lage zum Ort Koutouloufari, in dem es wirklich sehr schöne und gute Restaurants gibt.

Leider ist der größte Minuspunkt in dieser Unterkunft das Frühstück. Mir ist unverständlich, wie in dieser Preiskategorie die Fruchtsäfte zum Frühstück aus einem mit Wasser aufgefüllten Sirup bestehen müssen, die daher auch noch extrem süß waren! Zudem dürfte, wie auch schon andere Gäste moniert haben, die Vielfalt trotz a la carte etwas umfangreicher sein. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt sind die fast nicht vorhandenen Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung im Zimmer, ein kleiner Schrank mit Stange und zwei Staufächer (alle anderen sind mit Betten und Kopfkissen belegt), d.h. Leben aus dem Koffer.

It’s an amazing property! The staff are very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and features a wonderful bed. The terrace with the pool alone is worth the stay — unfortunately, it didn’t get much sun in October; perhaps it’s sunnier during other seasons. Nevertheless, it was a perfect stay! The location is close to many restaurants yet still in a quiet area.

The only minor drawback was the limited breakfast selection for those who don’t eat eggs or sausages — a few more sweet options would be appreciated. Also, there was limited wardrobe space for clothes, but that’s really just a small complaint at an otherwise excellent place.

Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück a la carte, tolle Aussicht, ruhig, genügend Parkplätze, sehr nettes Personal, zahlreiche Restaurants und Pubs gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pool am Zimmer war geheizt und komfortabel. Es gab täglich neue Wäsche vom Room-Service. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend.

Die Privatsphäre war etwas eingeschränkt, weil am Aussenbereich gleich der Gehweg war. Es gab zudem Sichtkontakt zu allen Nachbarn. Die Sitzmöbel hatten leider keine Räder und waren etwas schwergängig zu verschieben. Wir hatten das 60qm+ Zimmer. Das Badezimmer war etwas kleingeraten. Die Aussenanlage hatte etwas viel Kunstrasen, war aber sehr gepflegt.

Frühstück war individuell bestellbar, kein Buffet, daher sicher weniger Abfall. Das Zimmer war gross sauber. Die Dusche gross genug und das warme Wasser kam sehr schnell.

Leider konnten wir bei unserem Zimmer den Pool nicht so nutzen, da es am Nachmittag keine Sonne auf der Terrasse hatte. Im Hochsommer sicher ein Vorteil, wenn die Temperaturen hoch sind.

We booked last minute due to a change of plans and are so glad we did! Deos Luxury Suites is absolutely stunning – a beautiful mini villa with a private pool and terrace, offering breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. It’s only a short five-minute walk into the lovely, bustling little village. Breakfast was included and served at the onsite Orea Restaurant and was à la carte – freshly prepared, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to have both our evening meals there too, as the setting was so beautiful and peaceful. The apartment (definitely more like a mini-villa) itself was modern, spotless, and the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. Every member of staff we met was friendly, helpful, and efficient, making us feel completely relaxed from the moment we arrived. We’d happily return and stay for longer next time. Highly recommended!
