O apartamento é amplo, com ar condicionado, cozinha equipada e máquina de lavar roupas. A localização é ótima, quase na beira do Rio Nilo, wi-fi muito bom e fácil comunicação com o proprietário. O custo benefício do quarto é insuperável. Contratamos um serviço de transfer Aswan-Luxor muito profissional.

Se você não conseguir contato com os proprietários, terá dificuldade em localizar o apartamento, pois fica em um prédio sem identificação em uma rua não calçada. O prédio não tem elevadores, o que pode dificultar levar bagagens até o andar onde está localizado o apartamento. Em uma noite, houve uma "festa" em um andar superior, com móveis sendo arrastados e muito barulho, que durou até a madrugada.

房东人太好了，我们入住当天就把房门锁弄坏了（完全是我们的问题），他只能大半夜找人换锁，他没有抱怨也没有向我们额外收费，还贴心地来到餐厅找我们。房间也是出乎意料的好，这套公寓很新，东西都很干净。设施和洗护物品都很完善，我们第一个晚上需要吹风机，他第二天就去买了一个新的很高级的吹风机给我们。总的来说是一次出乎意料的非常好的居住体验。

I had a wonderful stay in these apartments in Aswan. The place is very cozy, clean and comfortable — you really feel at home from the first moment. Everything was exactly as described, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The location is great: quiet, safe, and convenient for exploring Aswan. After long days of walking and sightseeing, it was a real pleasure to come back and relax here. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful — always ready to assist and make sure everything was perfect. This made the experience even more enjoyable. I truly enjoyed my time here and would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone visiting Aswan. I would be happy to stay here again!
