צוות נהדר. מסביר פנים ושמח לעזור. אווה המנהלת מאוד נחמדה. בכלל כולם מאוד נחמדים שם. החדר מאובזר מאוד ונוח. מיטה טובה. ארוחות בוקר מעולות. מוגשות לחדר.

1. לקחנו חדר שלא פונה לקלדרה. הנוף לא יפה בכלל. יש רעש של מכוניות ואוטובוסים. 2. השרותים של החדר לא מאווררים. כך שכל הריחות נשארים בחדר. לא נעים. 3. הבריאה לא היתה מחוממת כלל. למרות שבהתכתבות בעת ההזמנה אמרו שהבריכה מחוממת וזה היה פספוס. 4. אין גישה נוחה לטיילת הקרובה למלון.

Literally breathtaking - everything from the view over the Caldera, the room, the tunnel to the gym/spa, the gym equipment, the breakfast delivered daily to your room, but most importantly the service from Eva (nothing too much trouble - what's app number provided for instant contact and response was quick, couldn't have been more helpful) and the housekeeping was top notch. Right on the Caldera - a short walk into Imerovigli for a selection of restaurants / bars. Also right on the Fira - Oia Caldera hike which was incredible - stunning at every moment. Eva also organised hire of a buggy or quad for us which was great fun to explore the island under our own timeline. The incredibly private personal pool with direct sunset views was an absolute highligt and moments I will never forget.

Everything was perfect. Would have been nice to have access to a bar / restaurant on site, but it was no problem as we could order room service if we wanted or walking distance to many good restaurants. Alternatively hire a car or use a taxi for the 15 minute journey to Oia. There is also a bus route right outside and a mini market close by.

Really nice room, clean, great view

Lack of restaurant (only room service), no in-house spa (uses mobile massage and couldn’t confirm for 24 hours. Ended up not being available) Receptionist from the first few days was unhelpful and very forced. Felt like she was reciting some pre-written manual without actually answering our questions directly. Receptionist on the last day was much more helpful and friendly.
