Sehr schön und mit Liebe zum Detail restauriertes Appartement, mit wunderschöner Dachterrasse. in einer super Lage!

Das ist jetzt eher ein Hinweis, keine Kritik - ein Geschirrhandtuch und zwei Weingläser wären schön gewesen.

De ligging en dat het schoon was. Jammer van alle trappen, maar goed het was te doen. Heerlijk bed, goede douche. Keukengerei was er genoeg. Prima verblijf gehad, voor herhaling vatbaar!!!

De trappen, helaas geen lift aanwezig.

Аутентичная обстановка, мебель, необычные апартаменты на 2 этажа с террасой позволяют прочувствовать атмосферу города. С собственной террасы видно кафедральный собор. Расположение отличное, самый центр. Кровать удобная, на кухне все есть: холодильник, микроволновка, посудомойка.

Возможно, будет трудно подняться с чемоданом по узкой лестнице. Очень маленький туалет.

"Fantastic location. Terrace is a real suntrap. Clean."

Great central location, near to all the sights. Fantastic bakery over the road. Not too noisy despite the central location. Apartment was very clean and well maintained. Terrace was in the sun for virtually the whole day.

Slight smell of drains coming from toilet/shower Steep stairs to access but not an issue for us.

Had everything you’d need, could do with some sun loungers on the terrace (has table & chairs) and some basics like coffee / tea.

À proximité de la cathédrale et centre ville.Joli appartement. Très agréable. Superbe vue sur la tour Giralda. Propre. Lit confortable. On a apprécié la machine à laver qui sèche également le linge.. La beauté des murs en briques apparentes et boiseries anciennes ... C est cosy.

Peu de contact humain. En cas de problème aucun interlocuteur parlant français au téléphone. Quand on a un humain en face de soi on peut se débrouiller mais par téléphone c'est impossible... Et pas facile pour avoir un contact. L'appartement est annoncé de 90 m², surface fortement exagérée. Est composé de 2 étages "non stipulé". Il n'y a pas de salle de bain comme annoncé. Juste une cabine de douche à côté des toilettes dans la chambre située à l' étage.
