RedDoorz at Yahweh Spring Retreat and Resort Laguna

Indoor and Outside Pool was very relaxing. Staff, especially Nelso, was Kind, Friendly, and Professional.

The inconvenience of double booking and no communication of its availability between Reddoorz and the resort owner. We were accommodated an hour after check-in time because one of the other rooms we booked was already taken. We are a group of 15 pax, suppose to be staying downstairs. They do have another guest downstairs staying for 30 days (Japanese and partner) who are not comfortable sharing the kitchen and pool. The lady would send our kids and grandchildren to the other pool because she wants to swim alone. How about that! We ended up having to adjust and keep on transferring our stuff and food to the kitchen upstairs and need to transfer our stuff and food again downstairs the next day, aside from transferring to another pool, because they have another qroup of guest coming by 8AM. It's really not comfortable, to be honest. We didn't enjoy our stay the whole time. Should have booked FB pages staycation instead, or a private pool for a few pesos more. Defining not going back. This facility is not family-friendly. I suggest adding another kitchen, refrigerator, and dining area to accommodate more guests.

The staff/caretaker was very accommodating. Hot spring Pool was good. The area has alot of amenities and the rooms were clean.
