The bed is rock hard, the pillows too; the sheets are old, pilled and like sandpaper. The most uncomfortable nights sleep ever. The detergent for the bedding and towels is very strongly perfumed and makes your throat sore, you can’t escape the smell. The air fresheners are over powering too, we put them outside . The strong scent has been mentioned before, but not actioned. Communication - arrived in torrential rain, unable to gain access or even drop our cases. Where the keys are located isn’t easy. Code given 10 mins before check in! If you’ve a problem with wifi or your phone you’ll struggle. The toilet seat is loose and slips every time you sit down. The taps in the shower are very low down and there’s no soap/shampoo tray to help when showering ! No bath mat to stop you slipping when stepping out of the shower either we used a towel. Strategically placed dried flowers to cover plaster falling off the walls. And no safe for valuables . Only bin in the bathroom none in the kitchen. Coffee maker doesn’t work either. Bedside lights are too flimsy to switch on/off easily during the night you knock it over! Disappointing stay, with little sleep. People who rate this property a 9 or a 10 are completely unfair on other travellers.

Everything was great and as described.
ROLove the inner courtyard of the ground floor apartment. The apartment is spacious with a cozy living room. The kitchen is well-equipped, including espresso maker and capsules. Nicely quiet neighborhood.
1. We arrived in the night, and the place where the key was placed inside a window frame in a dark, unlit alley away from the apartment entrance, and there were also two boxes which made it confusing (the right box was less visible than the first wrong box). But the host replied immediately on whatsapp and we managed. 2. The perfume of the detergent on the bed/s pillowcases were a bit too strong for me.
DKSmuk lejlighed med en lille patio, hvor man kunne sidde og slappe af om eftermiddagen. Beliggenheden er perfekt, tæt på alle seværdigheder, men på en meget stille gade. Super ren.

AUESThe location is fantastic, in the centre of the city close to all main spots. The internal patio and apartment adorable, very traditional style. Owners supported us very quickly.
We couldn’t find a way to turn on the heating in the bedroom so we were very cold. The small heather provided in the Bathroom was broken. The house needs some additional cleaning.
