In the kitchen you'll find everything you need and also for children they are very well equipped, we got a high chair and a potty.

We got a room at level -2. Despite having a baby and a stroller with us, there was no possibility to change it. The elevator goes only at -1 level, so it is really not recommended for family with children or people with reduced mobility. At our arrival, late in the evening, the crib for our child, which we requested and paid for, was not there. There wasn't even a bottle of water (tap water is not drinkable), instead 2 beers in the fridge. Again, very annoying after a long journey with a young child. As there is none at the reception, at any time, we had to complain via Booking, and we received everything the next evening, together with a bottle of prosecco (appreciated!) I have to add that the couch on the balcony were literally full of cats' hairs: cats were feeded in front of our terrace and were used to sleep there. Nothing against cats, but it was not possible to sit there without getting a fur on your trousers, so we couldn't really enjoy it. Sleeping was also poor due to the corridor light that was lightning all night long, in front of our bedroom. Maybe you are luckier on another floor but in our case we had an unpleasant experience.

ground floor and the windows are too close to the walkway, so too high noise level and there's a personal space is limited. the nearest beach is not good, had to go 15 minutes far away to the next one. the key locker has two hidden buttons to open but there was no information about it.

The location was convenient, and the apartment was the only one available on short notice that could accommodate 4 people for 2 nights. The booking process was straightforward, and instructions were provided online, as we never met the owner in person. The internet was fast, which was a plus.

However, there were several downsides. The apartment had a persistent unpleasant smell, resembling dog and tobacco, which wouldn’t go away. The view from the terrace was disappointing, as it was at semi-ground level. There were also cats wandering everywhere, and we even saw a cockroach inside, which was unsettling. The kitchen lacked basic necessities such as a cutting board and a dishwasher, which made cooking less convenient. Additionally, parking was a challenge—it was a long walk from the apartment, and finding a spot in the area required a lot of luck. While it worked in a pinch, improvements in cleanliness, kitchen amenities, and parking accessibility would make a big difference

The apartment is clean, tidy, cozy. There is everything you could need, even a night pot for a baby! the location is excellent - a few minutes to the beach, shops, bus stop nearby. Large swimming pool

Lovely comfortable apartment, ideal for a couple, two friends, or someone travelling solo. The complex is right in the centre of Adeja, just off the strip, with a little beach to the rear of the building. The kitchen was well stocked and there was hot water at all times. The little terraced area was a bonus too.

The free parking advertised with the property was approx half a kilometre away.
