Balcones - Central Estepona 3 bed apt with pool and parking

The Apartment was great, so much room and a very friendly and welcoming host. Highly reccomend for any groups of 4 as there are 4 beds and a very comfy sofa. Location is great as its inbetween Estepona Port and Estepona Town

Lovely, very large, 2nd floor apartment with secure underground parking. Very clean. Excellent wifi. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. About 2 mins walk to seafront/marina & 10 mins walk to centre of Estepona.

The location was very good and the hosts were helpful - both issues we had were quickly sorted and Tracey and Neil couldn’t have been more helpful. The swimming pool area was immaculate. It was a good base to explore the south of Spain.

We don’t find the property very clean. Under the sofa and bed was pretty dirty and our bed sheets weren’t clean. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. We were missing lots of bed sheets for two of the beds when we arrived. The kitchen wasn’t particularly well-equipped - we had to drink our wine out of tumblers. The bowls were also pasta bowls, which was difficult for our children to eat cereal out of. For a family apartment, there was also no plastic cups or dishes. Our youngest dropped a glass on the tiled floor and cut his foot. The main sitting area wasn’t very relaxing - it was pretty sparse. We moved lights from other rooms to try and make it a bit more homely, which worked.

The apartment was lovely, plenty of space, and very clean. Close to the town and the beach.

Although there were 3 balconies, none of them were sunny. So we didn't sit out on them.

Lovely apartment in a great location and the help from Tracey was really appreciated. What a nice person. We would, definitely,stay there again
