Przestronny apartament. Lokalizacja znakomita. Dwie oddzielne sypialnie. Blisko w zasięgu 50m dwa sklepy spożywcze do późna otwarte. Przystanek. Fajny deptak z pieknym widokiem na Vallette. Czysto, dość cicho, bezpiecznie. Odbiór i zdanie kluczy bezproblemowe.

Pijamy kawę, kawiarka do wymiany.

Ubicación excelente y muy bien comunicado. Supermercados, restaurantes, lavandería y paradas de autobus muy cerca. Muy próximo al paseo marítimo. Zona con mucha vida, pero tranquilo por la noche. Aire acondicionado en todas las estancias. Salón muy amplio. Sillón cómodo. Decoración básica, pero funcional. Comunicación muy fluida con los propietarios.

Muy poco menaje de cocina.
