The room was clean and offered a nice budget night stay.

My key wouldn't let me inside, and the cleaners woke me up early despite having a late checkout.

Good place for the price. It's unstaffed so you'll have to make a phone call to pay for your room and get the code for the self-service locks. Only facilities I found lacking was the fact that there wasn't a single mirror and I had to buy my own.

Hi ya u alrite I want to make a complaint I’ve been here for two days now with no heating the radiators dnt work we asked for another quilt to keep us warm we got one but we r stil cold in result of that I’ve now got a cold cough and my chest is hurtin me I’m dwn here in Cheltenham for work and nw I’ve got to go to work and leave my partner in the cold room I paid £227 this is not acceptable I wud like sumthing dun about it and sum of my money bk plz After speakin to sum one this mornin  my partner said sum one came and gave her a heater which didn’t change a thing but took the chill off the room abit  Nw the electrics r not workin so the kettle the tv the little heater they brought and the microwave r not workin as I said I paid £227 u dnt expect things to b happening at that price I wud like a full refund and sumthing dun about this issue I spoke to the lady on the front desk she offered us to move rooms and a late check out which we did but the fact remains that I’ve missed a days work due to me catchin a cold at ur property I was sent home from work and was only able to go work yesterday due to sum one else being in charge In result of that my partner and I r both sick with colds and chest coughs and blocked noses like I said I paid £227 and I wud most definitely want a refund or sum of my money bk plz I was told this mornin that customer services wud b told about this and they wud get bk to me so I’m jus wonderin if any one has contacted customer services and spoke to them before I make my next move and seek legal advice as I’m been advised to
