"Een te duur appartement voor wat het biedt"

De ligging in het centrum. De badkamer is prachtig. Het appartement is groot. Er zijn heel mooie, speelse elementen in de inrichting.

De prijs kwaliteitverhouding. Het appartement was zeker niet slecht. Er stonden ongetwijfeld sommige dure spullen in en het zag er op het eerste oog best luxe uit. Maar het was nogal klatergoud. Sommige dingen waren echt oncomfortabel, het appartement is behoorlijk donker, overal trappetjes en de ramen aan de achterkant kun je eigenlijk niet openzetten, iedereen kan er dan in en het stinkt. Het ziet er niet uit. Jammer. De badkamer is prachtig en compleet, het appartement is groot en over 2 verdiepingen. Je kunt er met gemak met 6 mensen in verblijven. De inrichting van de keuken was ondermaats, zeker gezien de huurprijs. Kortom: geen slecht appartement, maar veel te duur voor wat het is.

"Dirty property in great location"

Location was 10/10. Super central and easy for get to, 15 minute walk from the train station and bus/boat routes on the doorstep. Size of rooms was great and Finest Retreats were quick to respond to messages. Definitely recommend booking Amici's directly opposite for dinner.

The property was really dirty: Urine in downstairs toilet when we arrived, hair and debris in bath and shower, food in the rugs, grit on floors - i had to hoover on arrival, microwave dirty, floors were very dirty - sticky and my daughters feet were black with dirt on day 1. The upstairs bathroom drainage was blocked but FR responded quickly and sent the housekeeper round the following day to resolve. The bed in main front bedroom had slats on the floor when we arrived and despite putting them back in daily they always popped back out resulting in poor sleep especially with a very soft uncomfortable mattress. Old sock found under chair in 2nd upstairs bedroom and used towel found behind chair in lower floor bedroom. Dead moths on front bedroom rug, the property clearly hadn't been cleaned before we arrived which with a 4pm late check-in time and early 10am check-out there is plenty of time had there been a guest the previous night. There was a random ladder in the 2nd bedroom upstairs. On the whole it felt very dirty.

"Fabulous weekend and the accommodation worked wonderfully for us."

Central location. Fresh and Clean with lots of character pieces. Comfortable living room.

Bathrooms. One was almost impossible to dry in without having to sit on the toilet, the other was a very deep bath with a shower head. Towels were a bit on the small side.
