Jacob's Cave Suites - Cappadocia

The hotel is located around 10 to 15 minutes from Göreme City Center. Since hot air balloons pass through this area, guests get the chance to witness the amazing balloon experience right from the hotel. The room was spacious, and the staff, Bayram and Oscar, were very supportive and helpful throughout our stay. Bayram even gave us sandwiches during checkout since we missed breakfast, which we truly appreciated.

The food was great, although the selection was limited and not very international, especially for Asian guests like us who may expect rice or noodles for breakfast 😃

We had an absolutely amazing time here. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the facilities are stunning and incredibly well-maintained. The service throughout our stay was nothing short of incredible. A special shoutout goes to Oscar, who truly went above and beyond for us. He helped us with absolutely everything we needed, always with the best attitude and the most helpful local tips and advice. He made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this place and can't wait to come back!

Jacob’s Cave Suites was the best accommodation we’ve had so far in our 3-weeks tour of Turkey. Our host Oscar was most helpful- he helped with our luggage, and gave us a map and information about the area. He could communicate well in English. He also referred us to an excellent ceramics workshop which was an great experience. The other staff was also very friendly and breakfast is good. The bed linen is beautiful and the bed is comfortable and the Turkish bath in the bathroom was fabulous. It was such a bonus to see the balloons from the balcony early morning. Ample safe parking were available. We highly recommend the place and would book it again.

Very nice rusticle cave-like place the rooms are big spacious We had a Turkish bath and ours and very close to everything they have a decent breakfast and the people in the hotel try their best to meet your ever need very very helpful

Jacob's Cave was truly awesome! Breakfast was amazing. each day was full Turkish breakfast with an amazing spread! The staff was great and very helpful. Oscar especially was very helpful in coordinating our tours etc. The location is perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of Goreme and nestled in the quiet village of Cavusin. There are numerous restaurants just a short walk away in the Cavusin village for dinner.

The only minor complaint was that the wifi was rather weak but given the location that was a small price to pay!

The staff, in particular Oscar were excellent throughout our stay and made us feel completely at home! Location was lovely, breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious and the scenery was beautiful. I would highly recommend!

Everything! Suite had a cool Turkish bath, comfortable bed, fabulous views and sumptuous huge delicious and beautifully presented breakfasts ( which photo only shows part of ) all day tea/coffee/ water. Staff were so helpful with organizing tours/ balloons. Best tours I’ve had in 3 months of traveling. The couldn’t do enough for you- Oscar was so kind as to even drive me to an ATM as it was raining. Note that they are located in a little village that’s a 6/7 minute drive from Goreme. Village was quiet with a mountainous cave church to explore ( which is your view from the hotel) and a large enough selection of restaurants that you don’t need to taxi or drive back to Goreme to eat after a day of touring. Also if you are driving the hotel is easily accessible and parking area was spacious. Also note that the tours as booked through them were well priced and organized. Top notch and fantastic value with nice transport, small groups and great food. Make it easy on yourself just have them do it all !!
