"Top Lage, top Personal, Top Service"

Die Lage ist perfekt, man kommt morgen aus dem Zimmer und die Heißluftballons sind über dem Kopf und wirklich sehr nah. Das Personal, vorallem Oskar, waren sehr hilfsbereit und er hat uns wirklich sehr gut beraten und uns auch bei einer Tour geholfen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und viel besser, als erwartet. Es gibt zu jeder Zeit Tee und Kaffee kostenlos. Restaurants und Kaffees sind fußläufig, wie auch ein kleiner Supermarkt, für Wasser und Snacks.

"Stunning hotel with great staff!"

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making it a warm stay. They helped us secure last min hot air balloon slots as well, which was great. The compound of the hotel itself was beautiful as it allowed panoramic views of the hot air balloons in the morning.

The property wasn’t in the city centre and hence, we had to book taxis to get there. However this was just a small matter as the taxis were affordable and easy to get.

"Authentic cave hotel experience!"

We had a great experience staying in an authentic cave hotel. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The cats on the grounds were a delight to play with as well.

The floors of the rooms were slightly dusty due to the nature of the material of the building.
