Me tocó un simulacro de evacuación, me avisaron con anticipación y todo y me dijeron que es solo si quería participar, desafortunadamente tenía una videoconferencia en ese momento y la chicharra de emergencia fue algo molesta, pero imagino es un tema que va más allá de la administración del hotel

Love the location to the consulate. The breakfast was amazing and delicious.

I didn’t like that everything had a price and nothing was complimentary. At the cafeteria, I saw an unattended popcorn machine with no price sign, so I assumed it was free. Later, an attendant told me it cost 30 pesos. I had just arrived and didn’t have pesos yet, so I had to dig out a dollar and some quarters to cover it. The same thing happened in the game area—there was no sign, but it turned out to cost 100 pesos. That made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the place was clean and the food was great, but those little things left a bad impression. I also wanted to use the gym but wasn’t sure if there was a fee for that too. Next time, I’ll try the Ibis hotel across the street.

Clean, good service, excellent location

The only thing I could probably say is the restaurant.. they take long to serve the food other than that everything is great!

The staff, hotel, and location were all great. The breakfast was included and it was so good every day, it was my favorite part! Also they take you and pick you up at stores and places you need to go, so helpful. The location right next to the Consulate also made this a top choice, I definitely recommend Hotel Mesa Luna Long and Short Stay!

El mejor lugar para hacer todo el proceso consular. El staff muy amable. El desayuno excelente y todo muy bien lo que te brinda el poder quedarte ahí. Super recomendado.
