HKActually, this has been the worst experience in Madrid. The room and service do not justify the price. If you have this budget, I recommend choosing a hotel, even a 3-star one.
The hotel did not provide us with the specific address of the hotel, and no one informed us about the room number and password. If we had not called them, no one would have reached out to us. However, not every traveler uses WhatsApp or has a SIM card in Madrid.
