I really loved our stay there and i would definitely go back! It was great, with extremely nice and warm people, renovated, clean and very cosy rooms (super comfy beds), with basically everything you need. Very nice olive oil cosmetics in the bathroom. For us the breakfast was great, small but it was enough, it was very fresh everyday, with their own olive oil, olives, tomatoes, italian ham and cheeses and crispy bread - thats great that you can order eggs any style you want. Great coffee and sweet treats. The pool is in the beautiful spot and its amazingly refreshing after some long day in the heat. Also just the location and whole place is beautiful!

Yes i agree that you can hear noises from other rooms. Also i didnt enjoy paying extra for late check in but it is what it is. Besides that everything is perfect!

Posto molto bello, immerso nel verde e nella natura. Gli host gentilissimi e attenti. Un angolo di paradiso!

La posizione è spettacolare, immersa nel verde con una vista meravigliosa sui colli toscani e su San Gimignano. L’ambiente è tranquillo, autentico e curato nei dettagli. Si respira la vera Toscana, tra vigneti, uliveti e natura incontaminata. Personale gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e accogliente. Un luogo perfetto per staccare la spina e rilassarsi davvero.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con un animaletto nel sottotetto della stanza, ma è stato gestito in modo rapido ed efficiente dal personale. Nulla che abbia rovinato l’esperienza.

We stayed in the Cottage with Garden View and really appreciated the private parking right in front of it. The surroundings were stunning – from the peaceful garden to the beautiful main building and relaxing pool area. The view from the breakfast terrace was absolutely breathtaking, with San Gimignano in the distance. It was also very convenient to reach the town centre by car.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. However, it’s worth noting that while this accommodation is referred to as a "farm stay," it felt more like a peaceful countryside retreat than a working farm. This isn’t a bad thing, just something to be aware of if you’re expecting more of a farm-like experience. The bed was comfortable, but both my partner and I are light sleepers, and we were woken several times during the night by animals moving on the roof – something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to noise. Breakfast was a bit limited during our early June stay, which is understandable for a small property. Still, it would have been nice to see a bit of variety from day to day.
