This was by far the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. On arrival, the television had been left on and the entire apartment smelled of cigarette smoke. The walls were marked with water stains, the floor was scuffed, and the place felt generally dirty and neglected. The shower had no hot water in the morning, which is completely unacceptable. The bedding was dreadful a thin, cheap duvet that offered no warmth or comfort. Despite the listing promising tea and coffee, there were none provided. To make matters worse, for a three bedroom apartment there was only one mirror in one of the bedrooms and a single mirror in the hallway, which is completely inadequate for a property of this size. Overall, this property is extremely poorly maintained and utterly disappointing. It fails on even the most basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality. It is not worth the money at any price, and I strongly advise others to avoid booking this place as there are far better options elsewhere.

Location .

The location was ideal for us as it was close to the Co-op arena we were attending.

The property was dirty and poorly maintained. There were stains on the carpets, dirty marks on the skirting boards and doors, door handles broken on both bathrooms, dust and dirt on carpets and beside the bed, and insects in the bedroom. I contacted the host before writing this review and they were very unhelpful and unwilling to come to a resolution.

One of the beds was broken (unfortunately mine) Didn't sleep at all it was so uncomfortable which was a shame because everything else was great

Key system . Lock difficulty at entry and at the back room . No WhatsApp possibility with the host .

The house was spacious and had all amenities needed, including cooker, kettle, microwave, fridge, heating. TV with Netflix. Host was easy to contact if needed. Quiet location and a short uber ride into Piciadilly, coop arena etc.

The beds are really uncomfortable with thin, cheap mattresses. It made for a bad nights slight. The double and king bed have mattresses pushed together and resulted in sleeping in the gap. There were numerous plug in air fresheners through the house, which were overwhelming and had to be switched off because it triggered a guests asthma and we were all sneezing.

Within 6 mins of the Co-Op Arena where we were going that night. Lovely & convenient. Excellent communication re: collecting the key. Easy to find. Car parking right outside. Plenty of space inside and had all the facilities we needed. Will definately use again.

Some decorating needed but didn’t affect our stay. Comfy, large beds (apart from the pillows but we brought our own after reading other reviews)
