Atlantic Views Luxury Retreat

It is a very cool apartment with great views and location. Verly cleverly designed! The location was amazing, close to the train, the centre of Estoril, as well as Cascais. You can walk everywhere within 10 to 20 mins. It is located at the hill, so prepare to 'climb'. The staff was incredibly facilitating and helpful.

The view is really good and the apartment is well located. Was a great place to watch the NYE fireworks at a reasonable price. The people managing the apartment are also very communicative.

The lighting arrangement is a bit strange. Two of the bedrooms and a large part of the living room did not seem to have any lights on the ceiling, so you need to use "stand-up" lamps that connect to the sockets. It's fine, but slightly odd because the rest of the apartment feels quite nice and an effort has been made to have it well decorated and looking nice. In addition, we spotted a fair amount of silverfish around the apartment (which doesn't bother me, but one of my friends absolutely hates them). The double bed mattress had a relatively large stain under the sheets.

Would prefer to receive the keys without spending 40 min checking in in person

Late check out has a cost in cash, which is not specify through booking.com app, property should communicate with customers directly through the app . House was not super clean , not flexibility on check out time (event thought we asked for 30 min due to children logistics)

El apartamento es muy cómodo, bien distribuido y equipado, con unas vistas e iluminación tremendas.

Un pequeño detalle es que el checkout es a las 10 am, no cambia nada la experiencia, pero a mi me gusta más que sea tipo 12.
