Wonderful place to stay! Our room & bathroom were lovely and comfortable. The entire home was decorated with so much care, it really felt welcoming. Our breakfast was delicious each morning and offered a little bit of everything - fruit, yogurt, bread/toast, pastries, meat and cheese. Chiara is a wonderful host and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She was very informative with local sites to see and was always willing to help or offer advice for our travels. She is one of those people you wish could be your best friend! :)
Rental car highly recommended as Sansepolcro does not have a lot of taxis and are therefore quite expensive (I was quoted 100-120 Euros from a company). The alternative is the bus otherwise.

Great location close to centre, super clean, great bathroom, charming host and spacious room!
One bedroom shutter didn’t quite close properly and the light from the air conditioner was a little bright but all other facilities were excellent.

Alles was perfect maar vooral Chiara. Het is dichtbij het centrum en de supermarkt is ook goed te doen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en de koffie in de morgen was een bonus.

Das Haus hat Charakter und Charme, der auch durch die fröhliche Professionalität und Hilfsbereitschaft der Betreiberin vermittelt wird. Ich habe mich dort wirklich wohl gefühlt und den Geist der "nonni" gespürt, die sicher sehr stolz auf ihre Enkelin sind!
