It was horrible! The worst building ever, very disgusting, very old, leakages everywhere! Non of the door locks worked very unsafe!😡 we had to pay for £20 for early bags drop off only to reach there when the main door lock wasn't working, we had to wait for the host to come and fix it! Half of our first day was gone just like that. And of course this host is very defensive on all reviews instead of working on the things that aren't well. The house was very dirty! All the storage rooms where full of trash! The shower had a very low pressure hot water works for 1 minute I had to finish up with a very cold shower! Not enough towels and the ones we got were dirty! This property should be off booking.com it's a scam

Avoid! When I arrived the lock to the front door didn’t work, the house was dirty, (hair in the shower, body fat, not hoovered etc) and it looked nothing like the pictures. As I didn’t feel safe there I requested a refund as I needed to book somewhere else. The host was very uncooperative and refused this request. I had little to no help of booking.com also which was really disappointing.

Nothing only stayed for 30mins before checking out

The whole place stank of cannabis, the front door wouldn’t lock. Went and booked somewhere else straight away as could not have my family sleeping in the drug smelled environment. Apartment also needs updating maintenance wise. Informed the host that I wasn’t happy and didn’t even get a reply with tells me how much he cared. STAY AWAY and book elsewhere

Lots of ‘storage rooms’ filled with wood

Lots of room, very clean, good TV with all the apps,lots of clean Towels and Bedding. Good location.

The estate is a little grim looking. The apartment is obviously unfinished.

Beds very comfortable. Rooms clean and the host very friendly. Perfect for groups

You can't really match the water when showering and it's very hot.

The beds are cozy and the living room was comfortable.

The water pressure of the shower was not too strong.

Leaving

Where to begin.. After contacting the property to change number of persons from 8 to 7, we had no response. We could have cancelled and rebooked for less charge if the property/host had responded. Nevermind, we went as 7 anyway. Communication from the host was useless. We had a 2 hour drive to the property and had requested check in and early check in/out details multiple times. Eventually responded to (on day of arrival) with we will receive check in details when the property is ready. We received some information at 1.30pm but only receiving the full check in info at 3.30pm. The check in time was stated as 3pm (too late in my opinion). When we eventually received some information about check in we were told to not arrive until 4 pm. Again far too late. Just terrible comms. Upon arrival we were disappointed with the location. 'Duplex' is on a rough as f@#* council estate. Went up to the third floor in the urine fragranced lift. Found the front door. Eventually managing to open it. Lock is very dodgy. Once inside we discovered that the place was a dump. Far from the pictures and description on here. On walking into the lounge I nearly lost an eye on the bent hands of the wall clock. The floor was in a rubbish state. Carried on to the kitchen to continue my disappointment. Dirty. Washing up on draining board. Nevertheless I pushed on hoping that the bedrooms might live up to the hype. Nope. Spindles missing in staircase which would be a danger to small children. Got to the bedroom. Light switches hanging off the wall. One bed had hair and some sort of small dead bug in it. Flooring all opened up at the joins. Surely the bathroom might be ok? Was it bo@#*cks. The door was hanging off the bottom hinge so didn't really shut properly. Sink was dirty. Cabinet filthy with some plastic rubbish and a used razor blade on top. Generally just a state.

The apartment is a 10-minute walk from Norbiton Station and includes free parking

We only stayed because it was for one night, and we had to leave very early in the morning. The apartment had a strong smell of smoke, poorly masked by an ambient perfume, which only made it worse. It was visibly dirty, with dust and hair presumably left behind by previous guests. Basic amenities were inadequate—there wasn’t enough toilet paper, and instead, we found kitchen towel paper (!!) in the upstairs bathroom and a nearly depleted toilet roll in the downstairs bathroom. Alarmingly, a blade was left on the living room table (??), and leftover food was still in the freezer. Only one person in our group dared to use the shower, as it clearly hadn’t been cleaned since the last guests. As seasoned travelers, we can confidently say this was the dirtiest apartment we have ever stayed in.
