The area is excellent for makan, talk a walk and celebrating festival.

The apartment is small, beds were just made up to make the number of occupants, not wise to put a bed at common/living area..aircond not serviced, toilets not so clean. Basically, the apartment is not up to standards.

It was spacious, neat & clean. The en-suite bathroom shower drainage was blocked & attended to quickly. Lots to towels provided. Cleaning tools & mop were stored. Everything same as photos. Beds were comfy. Do not estimate thin looking quilt. It was warm & soft. Love it. Kitchenette equipped with necessary utensils.

No shower curtain provided so the bathroom gets wet. Good thing mop & bucket was there. Suggest installing shower bar/rings so we can bring own shower curtain if need to. Main bathroom smells of sewerage whenever the exhaust fan is switch on. Blame it on the developer for poor sanity planning & pipping. There’s no wardrobe but plenty of hangers & hooks for hanging & drawers cabinets. 2nd bedroom graced with long mirror which was a bonus. There’s some roaches running around but terminated immediately. Suggest providing extra disposable plastic bags for rubbish to discourage pest.

Everything close-by.

Check-in requested at 1200 - 1300pm. But only managed to check-in at 1445pm as was told that cleaning of the room was in progress from previous occupants. The main bedroom shower drainage was partially blocked. The price per night found a bit on the high as compare to the 1st floor as booked on the same night by my brother.

Everything is nice as advertised.

1. Could have been better if informed about the time (15mins) allowed once scanned the free parking card in or out on the SOP. 2. Some small maintenance needed.
