The location is really close to Gran Via and the city center. It’s a nice apartment for short stays.

The location is perfect and the apartment was clean and bright.

There were not enough towels for our 6 days stay there. Some things in the apartment need to be fixed, such as flooring, electrical outlets and lighting equipment.

The location is central and convenient. The apartment is bright and well lit, with large windows.

* The constant noise outside at all hours was a serious issue for us. The windows are double-glazed, so keep out most of the noise, but since we prefer fresh air to aircon, especially at night, this was a big drawback. * There were no chairs or regular table, only a couch and low coffee table. This makes eating meals difficult. We asked for a couple of chairs, but to no avail. * In certain spots the floor often became hot underfoot, and heated the apartment. * The kitchen equipment was pretty basic. No essential items such as salt or sugar. * A package with detergent for just one run of the dishwasher and washing machine.

Perfect location.

I had a fantastic stay at this modern and well-designed apartment in Madrid. Located in a cool neighborhood, the quiet block still ensured peaceful nights. The apartment is well equipped and the hosts even provided a few essentials like detergent. Short walks to the commercial center make exploring the city a breeze.

Nothing I can think of.

The location, how it’s naturally lit, the facilities, everything!

Just be careful when you use the washing machine, extremely loud.
