The host was very friendly , helpful and understanding. He was always available to answer questions. The place was spacious and secure.

The location is perfect for overnight in the city. Close to Mall for getting food. Excellent facilities, especially the kitchen.

There was some noise during the night from the street. The lack of card payment option.

Booking.com communicated with me very well, confirmation and booking reference was provided to me on time, I expected to give them booking reference at the reception unfortunately they don't work like that and I had no communication with the host as I didnt know anything about their process, we ended up being booked at room 109, with no Wifi, no toilet paper, the toilet seat was half broken, and the shower was blocked we had to shower on top of each other's dirt of course, never met the host even paid the receptionist the money in cash which was weird and un professional as we had no receipts

It was hot in the bedroom without portable airconditioner on as the portable airconditioner was very noisy.
