Skerries B and B

The room was large with a settee, small fridge and a balcony with sea views and I thought the fresh flowers in the room was a nice touch.The breakfast was cooked to order and included a selection of cereals, fruit juice, fresh fruit and yogurt. Chris, the owner, was attentive and helpful.

My partner and I would have preferred a king size bed instead of a double but it was comfortable and we still got a good night's sleep.

Chris was very welcoming and friendly. Gave us good advice about places to visit. Our room was lovely. We especially enjoyed the balcony and having a sofa in the room. The en-suite bathroom was very clean. The choice of breakfast was excellent and very tasty. The location was very good, easy to reach the centre of Lyme Regis by car and doesn’t take too long on foot if you are able to walk up the hill. Would definitely recommend.

Chris was a very nice host. The room was lovely, with the balcony. The bed was a bit small as we were staying as frieds, not partners. haha.. But overal terrific.

Excellent hosting, beautiful location and the breakfast was perfect. I have nothing negative I can say about this stay. It was simply amazing for us both.

A lovely property in a quiet location, but near enough to the pubs/restaurants etc. Large double bedroom with sofa made it feel very homely. Easy access by car or a 10 minute (approx) walk downhill to Lyme Regis seafront and the Cobb. (A fairly steep walk back up so be prepared). The room has a private balcony with sea views which was a wonderful bonus. Chris, the owner/host was very welcoming indeed on our arrival with fresh coffee and biscuits and also offered great advice on places to see in and around Lyme! Breakfast in the morning also fab! Would definitely come back!

Only one little thing, I would say a much larger and maybe some lit signage at the property's entrance/ driveway would be beneficial as we missed it a couple of times on arrival. It's easily missed in its current location lowdown.

The room was excellent with a balcony and great view. Chris out host could not do enough for us and the breakfast was 5 star with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend staying here.

The property is beautifully located with a view of the sea in two directions from a balcony looking over trees and gardens and white cottages. The room is spacious and comfortable with compact en- suite. The breakfast was a tasty full English although cereals, yoghurt, grit and juices were available.Chris was a great host and knowledgeable about the town and harbour. We had a great few days.
