Wohnung sicher teuer und sehr solide renoviert, mit guten Möbeln ausgestattet. Alles sehr sauber. Lage, Nähe zur Altstadt sehr gut.

Fenster schlecht isoliert. Baustelle im Haus gegenüber lärmig. "Katzenplage" im ganzen Viertel, Tag und Nacht Gejaule. Zimmer recht klein, für mehr als vier Gäste undenkbar, wir waren drei, das ging. Balkone sehr klein, kaum nutzbar, Ausblicke nur in unschöne Hinterhöfe. Küchenutensilien sparsam ausgestattet. Kommunikation mit Vermieter Firma nur schriftlich, nie persönlich gesehen oder gesprochen. Manche Fragen (Müllentsorgung, Parkmöglichkeiten) erst durch schriftliches Nachfragen klären können.

Logement impeccable, bien équipé, propres, en plein centre-ville. Ce dont on apprécie le plus lors de nos locations, c’est le pack de bienvenue ( capsules de café, thé pour le lendemain matin) et gel douche a disposition.

Je recommande un lave-linge toujours impératif pour les voyages.

Great location and the apartment was comfortable with a lovely renovated bathroom.

Only one set of keys was provided and we were 2 couples so it was difficult to get into the accommodation at different times. Basic hospitality was not provided as there was no coffee or Frappe maker and basic UTI milk. The dishwashing liquid was for one wash.

Very clean and pleasant and the location couldn't be better. Kind and proactive customer service too.

The location is ideal, in the best part of the old town. The apartment is fully renovated recently and is provided with all the necessary modern facilities and equipment (a/c units, smart tv, hot water boiler, bathroom space heater, cooking range etc.) and offers ample space for a 4-member family or 2 couples. The hosts (a management company operating the property on behalf of the owner) were immediately available and communication was pleasant and efficient. The location is also very quiet.

There are a few things that we did not like, and which in our opinion qualify for not assigning a "superb" or "excellent" rating to the property. - Beds were not very comfortable; mattresses were new but not of good quality and the master bed was very squeaky. - Towels were very worn, and should be replaced with new ones. - Central Heating although fitted with brand-new thermostat and working, was inefficient (radiators needed bleeding, but hosts informed us that the owner had already done that, and only they can do that but they were not available) resulting in us having to use a/c units for topping up heating. - Floors, that appeared clean-swept, apparently were not sufficiently mopped prior to our arrival (evidenced by the condition of our socks after a few minutes walking around in the rooms). Otherwise the apartment was clean. - Lack of the usual supplies like one-use slippers, extra WC paper rolls (only 1 + 1 spare provided), kitchen paper towels or napkins, tissue paper etc - Shower tiles extremely slippery, with no anti-slip mat provided - making it dangerous. Considering the extent of the renovation one would expect that anti-slip tiles would be a standard provision in the otherwise well appointed bathroom. All of the above are easily addressed and may not be a problem for other visitors, however these are sufficient for not assigning a 9 or 10 overall rating.

Spacious apartment, renovated with 2 TVs and air condition in every room

The apartment was extremely cold (11 degrees). It was impossible to be warm only with the air conditioning and the central heating system wasn not working. It took half a day for the manager to resolve the issue. The apartment was on the 2nd floor and you have to use the stairs to carry the luggage. We also had to request for toilet paper. The location is really close to a church so you can hear the bell ringing every hour…
