All staff were helpful. Our guide on the trips we did 'jungle queen' was amazing very knowledgeable. Was happy to help and answer all our questions. We had an amazing time making amazing memories

Relatively modern looking hotel rooms, lots of space, and beautiful views out the rice paddies. It's possibly one of the more modern fitted hotels but you sacrifice distance from Sauraha town (30 min walk and it's pretty hot) and general quality. Probably better suited for large groups who have fully arranged itineraries.

No do not disturb sign and the hotel felt like a health and safety risk. Checked out early. Cleaners came in on first morning and stuffed all my clothes and shoes into my bags and threw items out that weren't rubbish. Bathroom is a wet room, but has a peak in the floor so the water runs away from the drain and pools on the floor. The bathroom had a plastic freestanding jacuzzi bath which had exposed wiring sitting in the pooled water, so to dry the floor up I had to wedge towels everywhere. Then, there is nowhere to hang towels after mopping up the floor with them. Restaurant was open and closed when the hotel wanted it to be based mostly on a large tour group in the hotel, not really standard hours. I felt pressured into the buffet for breakfast and dinner, however the bains marie sit open so all the food sits at room temperature. The first morning I got woken up at 830am (hotel said breakfast is 7 or 730 til 10) by the hotel phone telling me breakfast was closing in 20 minutes. Went down and all the food in the buffet was room temp. Also had one staff member who kept questioning why I wasn't eating piled up plates, every meal, at least 3 times. I'm a big guy and I'm conscious of how much I eat, especially in 40⁰c so I have quite small portions. I feel it's very disrespectful to question people's eating choices.

The hotel was very nice, green spaces, very nice swimming pool, the room was comfortable, everything very well maintained. The safari program that was offered to us was perfect. Also amazing food, and the receptionist was incredibly accomodating and took care of everything, all the staff was very nice and made our trip unforgettable. Thank you so much.

Restaurant isn’t excellent as the rest, the food offer is a little bit standard without any surprise and specific quality. By improving the restoration the Royal Tiger Luxury Resort can be really the number one choice in the area.

Had an amazing stay at Royal Tiger Luxury Resort. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Loved the peaceful environment and the food was really good too. Perfect place to relax in Chitwan. Would definitely come back again!
