Comfortable space. Balcony was nice. Good location.

The property is in a good location Check in was quick and flexible Cooking facilities

The property was not as pictured. There was a padlock on the outside of the bedroom, which would lock us in the room. The property is a room and not the whole property as listed. There is no dedicated shower, just shower head but no area and because of this the entire bathroom was wet. We did not stay the evening and instead booked another accommodations we were uncomfortable.

All I saw was the front door, and a drawer to hold the key ( which didn't have one).

The host wrote many messages before I arrived that he would be happy to meet me and host me. I told him the time, I made the reservation 3 days before the trip. In the end they didn't check me in, they said there was no room (even for Asia I was surprised at this). I arrived at 6 pm, I waited at the door, he did not answer my call the first time, then came a woman on a bike, took me to another hotel, or rather she drove and I followed her for about a kilometer, it was very funny and sad. I write this review that the owner in the future did not do so, I hope so.

Nothing..

My booking satatemdnt showed it was 540,000VND. But the Old Lady asked me to pay 660,000VND by cash. Even if my Vietnamese friend came along with me to help check in, it couldn’t help paying whole money that the old lady requested. The ‘room’ condition looked not bed, but when I was staying few minutes, the mold smells was too strong and effected my breath, so I should turn on the air-conditioning under 25 degree which I felt dry my throat and got throat pain and dry coughing over night. If you wanna experience friendly honest owner/host’s business, should avoid here. My first day in Vietnam is ruined by here. That money I paid is for learning.
