Hawaiian Cottage - Heated Pool Walk to the Beach

Was as described, very close to beach, nice pool. Well equipped! I would absolutely stay here again and probably will.

I would recommend some motion sensor lighting by the gate. I knew there were 2 steps right after the gate, but I tripped (not badlly) at least 3 times over the week because it was dark and I'm admittedly clumsy. I would definitely have some auto lights go off when the gate door is opened. No big deal, but sharing this feedback. The WiFi was a little inconsistent, but the owners were quick to respond and adress

The place was perfect for our yearly trips my friends and I do.

The location was perfect for us. It was just a short walk to the beach (which was chilly and windy, but still beautiful and sunny). There were several nice restaurants around with our favorite being Sage Bistro. It is also a great location to visit Kennedy Space Center and Historic Cocoa Village with its many shops and great restaurants.

The pillows were a little softer than we are used to, but we didn't lose any sleep over them.

The pool was great, however I do believe if the neighbors were any different it would have been awkward. So I'm very grateful for the wonderful neighbors. The space was nice and we had plenty of room. The private patio was a really nice touch as well as all the beach gear.

The beds were hard as a rock and made it impossible to rest. I would have also appreciated coffee and toiletries.

The Hawaiian cottage was everything needed for our stay. The beach waters just 5 min walk and the pool is just the icing on the cake. The surrounding markets close by make the stay better to utilize the kitchen and amenities with a quick grocery shop. The weather wasn't in our favor but had a great time on this property.

Wanted a bolt lock on the door to put a ease of mind since I was traveling with family is my only suggestion. No complaints
