Great location and the house was lovely and spacious.

Some gates would have been good to keep the garden secure when having dogs.

Easy to miss the turning for the drive which may need a first time drive past if coming down from Windermere but other than that the property was first rate

The quietness and peace. Walking distance to the Lake. House was very warm and cosy. Views were great. Everything that you needed was there. One of the best if not, the best, booking.com places we have stayed in. Would defiantly recommend and stay in it again.

Needed lighting on the drive leading up to the house.

We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very well located. It was easy to access both Windermere and Bowness-on-Windermere. The host was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Very spacious loved the open plan kitchen,dining and living space and the garden has a patio with outdoor furniture which was perfect to sit outside after a long day exploring the area. The property is in a fantastic location it’s just a 5-8 minute walk into bowness and around 10-12 back to the property as on the way back from bowness everything is up hill. The beds were very company and the property was well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. Communication with Laik was perfect leading up to our visit, during and on checkout there was constant updates and information being sent to us and having a digital guidebook was helpful. Check in was straightforward and smooth with the lockbox
