Villa Greta Hotel Rooms & Suites

Un 8 sur 10 car il faisait froid et humide dans la chambre le soir et le chauffage ne semblait pas fonctionner de même que le sèche-serviettes qui ne fonctionnait pas. De plus, comme l’hôtel est situé dans les hauteurs de Taormina, il fallait marcher beaucoup pour aller au resto chaque soir. Par contre, petite table bistro sur place qui est un bon compromis. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur la mer et le montEtna. Propreté impeccable, personnel aux petits soins et petit-déjeuner copieux, café excellent. Merci particulier à Martina pour son excellent service.

Martina war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage und Aussicht sind phantastisch.

The location of the villa is stunning- gorgeous view over the Taormina and Naxos bay and Etna. The breakfast is 17 euros/ pers and is very, very good.. offering also prosecco. Please be aware that the villa is on the top of the hill and you have to climb a lot of stairs to go in the town center ( a lot of stairs) appx 15 min ( you can go also on the road but it takes longer). You can also take an uber. From the train station is almost 15 min ride with a car ( we were 6 and we talked with the staff there and offered a van for 40 euros). I want to share all these details because is not so easy to reach it ( is also a bus -but is very crowded and if you have luggages is hard) - by foot from the trains station is kind of impossible to reach. The rooms are kind of restored, clean and big, but the garden and the villa itself is outdated but with a specific old charm. Is not a fancy modern villa.

The only thing it was kind of disturbing the fact that you had only 3 caps of Nespresso coffee for 3 mornings for 2 pers .. but this was a minor problem.

Schöne Lage, tolle Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Really good value for money and very close to the town centre. Fantastic view. Great breakfast.

For this price in Taormina, there is nothing to complain about
