Staff was good and location is v good too

It’s good overall

I was traveling coming from super far and I told them i was coming when I was 5 mins away I called a d they were rude affff the guy tht picked up my call he would not talk correctly saying we don't hold people like you here knowing I was traveling from super far

Location and view from the room was good

To get to the room downstairs the stairs were very dangerous. The toilet was broken and the flush didn’t work, informed the staff but they couldn’t help as it was night time. No heating was provided Found a big size centipede moving outside the room, the staff immediately got rid of this but was scary.

Location and easiness of approach.

The mattress needs to be updated. There should be a working cable in every room. The warm water should be clean. There should be a backup electric solution available.

What a nice place! The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Every room has a great view since the hotel is located on a hillside. My room had a big bathroom with an excellent shower, great pressure and plenty of hot water. Room service food was absolutely delicious. For a solo female traveler the place is very safe and cozy. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Far from center. It was cold and despite the heater they brought the room never really warmed up so they got me extra blankets.

GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. FRIENDLY STAFF.
