USVery cute place to stay downtown Genoa. The brick accents are beautiful! Very friendly staff and go above and beyond to accommodate. Having the opportunity to cook in your own space made it amazing! Everything is between a 5-20 minute walk from location. Worth every penny.
Few amenities were worn down or supplies broken but definitely worth the stay. It was a home away from home.

1. 70 euro cleaning fee but you still have to take out and separate all your own garbage 2. Smell of mould and mildew likely from the bricks and lack of windows 3. Oven doesn’t work 4. Stove works only on the back burner front takes forever 5. Bed is horrible and rock hard 6. They charge for towels and linens 7. Wifi only reaches living room and kitchen 8. Mould in shower 9. They ask for a 150 euro cash deposit and for you to print a “holiday world” form but they don’t take it so you can forget that 10. No complimentary soap for the shower 11. Too expensive for what you get.

NLThe location was perfect, in the old city center. It will take you a 20 minute walk from the central station. Check in was easy and lots of places around for food!
The WiFi signal would only work with the bedroom door open, but that did not bother us too much.
RSAmazing location right in the center of Old Town. Everything was close and well connected. The apartment was very clean and comfortable.
It lacked sunlight and windows.
AUThe location in the old part of Genova was wonderful. The brick feature walls and tiles as per the photos very pleasing. The staff friendly and punctual on arrival.
The apartment had no outside windows, so it felt like a cave which perhaps would be fine in summer. The kitchen was sparsely furnished with a faulty toaster. The bathroom was mouldy, in disrepair, and with not enough hot water for 2 showers. To be clear, I don't mind being in 1 to 2 star accommodation if I am charged a fair price.

Improvement idea; Internet patchy in the bedroom, may need a WiFi extender.
