We liked everything about the property we really enjoyed our stay ,it felt like home .

quizas faltaban alguno utencillos o cosas minimas para poder cocinar en el departamento o alguna cosas de limpieza basica

Nuestra experiencia en OMETUSCO by Mr W fue excelente de principio a fin. Antes de llegar tenía ciertas dudas por algunos comentarios que había leído, pero la realidad superó totalmente nuestras expectativas. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien cuidado y con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios, en perfecto estado. La lavadora funcionó perfectamente, lo cual fue un gran plus durante nuestra estancia, especialmente para un viaje largo. Todo estaba tal como se describe (o incluso mejor). El lugar es muy tranquilo, silencioso y seguro; no se escucha ruido durante la noche, lo que permitió descansar muy bien todos los días. La iluminación es perfecta, amé esas luces calidas. La ubicación es muy buena, con fácil acceso a transporte y zonas agradables para caminar, comer, hay un mall a 10 minutos caminando. En general, nos sentimos muy cómodos y a gusto. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos con total confianza a cualquier persona que esté considerando este alojamiento.

This apartment suited our needs very well for our one week stay in CDM--three bedrooms, two baths, an appropriately outfitted kitchen with a washer and dryer in a good neighborhood. All very clean and well appointed. But there was no remote to control the AC unit in the back bedroom and our communications with management were not very timely.

Great location. Nicely designed and decorated rooms. 24-hour doorman for security and assistance. Host was responsive to requests.

Our room was on the first floor and was very loud. Quiet hours were not respected by other guests. We could hear partying until 3-4 am on several nights. The unit had some wear and tear and the carpet was not vacuumed. No facecloths.

We loved the location. All personnel involved were good-- especially Astrid who sent someone over during our 2nd day to fix 2 problems-- Master BR toilet seat was broken, and our dining room window wouldn´t latch. The 24-hour Security personnel were great also, which was lucky because the scan-to-get-in-the-door system didn't always work. Beds were OK but the pillows were awful. No shortage of hot water for showers.

Nice big windows throughout the unit, but we could not open any shades for air or natural light (let alone a view), because they all faced into the same small, plant-less, interior concrete courtyard as did all the other units. Even with the shades pulled down, we could see through them into everyone else's rooms (day or night), and vice-a-versa. Also, the walls were paper thin between the units, and noise carried so badly I turned on some music for privacy. You could hear even quiet conversations through the walls, and the comings and goings of the other guests at the building's entrance and the only elevator door, made it sound like there were people in our living room at all hours. I'd rather listen to traffic!

The condo suite was spacious, well furnished and decorated . Excellent bedding very comfortable

The building itself just due to its design projects noise, not a fault of the host, just the build of the building . So it could be loud in terms of elevator and some street noise or noise of other guests .. but didn’t really impact our stay as I liked the building overall .. just something to keep in mind if your sensitive to sounds . Coffee filters would have been nice as they were not supplied in our unit . Other than that, it was a great stay .

Good location, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer. Nice staff and security onsite

The ground level with only 1 exterior window. Fairly noisy environment hearing upper units. Slightly awkward prison yard type experience looking into inner courtyard with security guard coming frequently and taking photos of from the exterior looking in. Very awkward and finicky QR based door entry system requires that your phone battery be on in order to open the door and work through a non intuitive tablet screens to perform a simple door opening operation.
