Apartment is showing signs of wear and tear. It is not obvious from the photos, but the terrace is only accessible via the narrow spiral staircase, something my older parents found a little tricky to navigate.

CAGreat value! Didn’t have to sacrifice comfort to get a great place. Love the 2 story. Our 18 year old had his own room and bathroom. Great balcony as well and private.
