El apartamento limpio y muy bien ubicado. Céntrico y precio bien.

Pero que pongan renovado cuando en el baño el techo esta lleno de moho, la puerta toda mal como de haberse inundado, la cortina de la ducha un poco gastada. Y la encimera de la cocina, fatal también, toda porosa con trozos de cemento o silicona pintada y mármol. Dicho sea esto solo con arreglar un poco el baño y cambiar la encimera, entonces si el apartamento de 10 y renovado. Pero a pesar de estar limpio esas dos cosas estropean mucho el aspecto y provocan un poco de rechazo. Si eso se arregla volvería 100%.

Great location with easy access to Metro, bus etc. Nice complex.

The railing on the bedroom loft is loose and is shaking. It needs to be repaired at the earliest else someone can get seriously hurt.

It is a spacious appartment, comfortable beds. We loved the patio of the entrance. And the locación is fantastic. There is a 24h supermarket in the street and the metro is around the corner. We did everything walking wich was very confortable.

The barhroom has no ventilation so there were black spots on the ceiling.

The location is excellent.

The second bed was not made even though 4 people were announced and there were no pillows for that bed. The stairs to the gallery are terribly steep, the gallery railing is shaky and unsafe, definitely not for children. The chandelier in the dining room didn't work, and the lighting in general wasn't good enough, e.g. for reading. The external air conditioning unit that was turned off was making loud and disturbing noises at night that also bothered the guests of other apartments, the next day the host did not send someone to fix it, instead asked us to find the appropriate fuse and turn off the air conditioning.

The position is perfect. You can reach the main points of interest by walking, but there is also a metro station 2minutes walk away. The apartment is really nice and warm, although a little dark. Towels (hand+shower) were provided for each guest. The staff was very kind and attentive to satisfy our requests. Quality/price ratio convenient!

The couch is not very comfortable. In addition, we would have liked to find some oil for cooking, as it was not worth buying it for a few days.
