Facilities Air cond poor TV system out

Don't have tv remote and the location was very scared at night some one walking outside the window at midnight

the house is clean. definitely worth the price too! the building mostly vacant maybe because new building but other than that everything is fine. three bedrooms and each room has bathroom. should bring your own body wash, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush and towels. has swimming pool and gym, ootd site just like in the pictures!

Good but the area surroundings full of bushes.

New road to the property needs to be open.

Clean and convenient location

Only 1 water heater available among 3 bathrooms

Good and convenient location but locating the place using the map provided led us to a closed entrance and we have to ask for directions to get to the correct entrance. Nearby halal food outlets and convenience stores make the place ideal for a short working trip.

The basement carpark is very dusty and dark with lights coming on only at night. The overall maintenance of the common areas, lifts and corridors need improvement while the unit itself is lacking as follows:- Only 1 bathroom has a water-heater and one of the bedrooms has only a fan but no air-conditioner. No towels were provided and only 1 toilet roll was supplied for the 3 bathrooms. The quality of the furnishings - beds, sofa, etc. could have been better.

Cheap and clean.

Only two bedrooms have air conditioning and one bedroom have a fan. Hot water only available in one bathroom and the other two bathrooms were not installed.
