Spacious & Comfortable 2-bedroom home

I normally don’t give feedback in the houses that I rent but this one I have mix feelings that I think it is important to share so the house owner can improve. Positive points: 1- location: The propriety has a good location, only 7 minutes from Zoo, 5 minutes from shops, we buyed a lot from locals shops, there is pizza huts near too. 25 minutes from good beaches. 2-pets: The property does accept pets, it was another positive point. 3- rooms: The rooms, bed sheet, towels was very clean, we like a lot the rooms, beds was comfortable. 4- neighbourhoods in the back Road, was very friendly and helped us with parking.

Points that need to be improved: 1- the condition of the corridor at the back side, there was 2 buckets filled with moody water, and a lot of spider web, connecting the kitchen window to the corridor. The “garden” itself did not brother me, as it is an uphill that needs to use a stairs to climb. So we were not interested in the garden anyway. But we could not open the kitchen windows as we were scared to spiders or other insects to get in. So no fresh air downstairs could come in, as the front window is straight to the street. 2-The kitchen needs a deep cleaning, and not just a superficial one. It needs a proper products to clean the oven and fan. 3- sugar, coffee and milk: normally the houses that I rent in booking.com, including in Spain, Portugal, France and UK. They offer a pot with full sugar and coffee, like we have in home, saches does not work in rented homes, it works only for hotels. Milk is the same, normally when we arrive there is a bottle of milk for us to drink coffee. We as a gesture of gratitude we normally buy for the next costumers.

Property was unclean...sofa had not been hoovered under the covers for a long time. Cobwebs all over the kitchen windows outside, windows at the front not cleaned for a while. Rubbish outside the back door. TV not working, unable to use. Emergency credit on electric meter, had to contact agency to top up, took 4 hours! Broken chair leg on dining table chair, unable to use. Busy road, had to close windows while sleeping! Needs lots of TLC and it could be lovely!

Everywhere was so clean, spacious and exactly what we needed. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and we slept so well.

The only thing we felt could be improved on was the garden. Having our dogs with us, it would have been nice to let them in the garden, but unfortunately it was all overgrown.

It had everything I need, there was plenty of space. I had a dog with me and there was a big grassed area/ park opposite the property.

Only thing I’d say was that the back garden was overgrown and couldn’t be used.

The street it was on was a bit run down but the actual house was nice

The whole house was excellent. Clean, comfortable and warm. As soon as you walked in you felt at home. The kitchen had all you need. The living room was spacious and comfortable. Bedrooms and beds very comfortable. Bathroom excellent with great shower. A very good location for access to Swansea and surrounding area.

N/A all aspects were excellent!!
