Tabia studio - Colle Santa Lucia

The apartment was in a great location and I liked that the keys were in a box. Everything was clean and smelled good, the kitchen had all the basic equipment (including a moka pot and coffee). Parking was also great.

The apartment is on the ground floor and is a little darker, but it wasn't too bad, the shutters can be opened and some light can get inside. Wi-Fi and signal weaker, but it was possible to function normally.

Letti scomodi a dire poco. Indicazioni poco chiare, Wi-Fi praticamente inutilizzabile e il segnale ai telefoni cellulari non arriva. Televisore che non si vede un canale in italiano. C'è be sono a decine polacchi, cechi,russi,ma in italiano,RaiUno,RaiDue,RaiTre o canali Mediaset,noi non siamo riusciti a vederne uno. All'accensione del TV si vede sempre un cartone animato. Da migliorare. A proposito l'alloggio era un tabià o un condominio? Perché io avevo scelto un tabià,nonnina condominio. Lo avessi saputo non avrei prenotato.

Struttura piccola ma accogliente e fornita di tutto il necessario . Sicuramente torneremo!!

Location is perfect, its small village almost of top of the mountin with perfect view. But thats where the good ends.

The apartment had several serious problems. First of all, the shower was broken. It was almost impossible for three people to wash. After spending the whole day in the mountains this was extremely inconvenient. Honestly, I don’t understand how an apartment with such a shower can even be rented out. The bed linen and towels were very old. There was a rolled-up carpet in the apartment. When we unrolled it, it turned out to be dirty. There were no garbage bags, although the instructions about how to dispose of the trash were very detailed. The path to the garbage area was completely covered with frozen snow and ice — it was almost impossible to reach it without risking to slip and fall. At night the heating was very difficult to regulate: with the radiators on it was too hot and stuffy, but without them it immediately became cold. Our child had to sleep on a chair-bed which was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Also, this is a studio where the kitchen and bathroom are in the same space. The refrigerator is very loud and constantly humming, and the bathroom ventilation is also noisy. Because of this we had two sleepless nights. Overall, the stay was very disappointing.

La ducha, perdía agua el "teléfono" y enseguida se terminó el agua caliente.

appartamento con tutto il necessario per stare comodi... Silenzioso e la temperatura era così buona che non c'era bisogno nemmeno di accendere i riscaldamenti Pulizia ottima e la cucina è provvista di tutto. Letto molto comodo anche se è un divano letto Ma non si nota neanche, ed è molto più comodo dei materassi normali. In generale si sta molto molto bene.

L'unica piccola cosa che non mi è piaciuta è che ha l'acqua calda per la doccia limitata. Però se ti organizzi riesci a fare tutto.

Bed is not for longer stays. It's a sofa bed.
