Chiswell Cottage a large family nr WPNSA & Beach

The house was great, lots of room and space for the whole family to hangout. The location was very convenient with easy parking out front.

The rooms were nicely decorated with comfy beds, the kitchen was fully functioning with all the necessities you would want to cook meals for the family.

Recycling, it stated in the book that there's bins in the car park for Recycling, we couldn't find any.thank goodness the neighbours bins weren't full.

What breakfast? It was situated on a very noisy road, making sleep very difficult in front bedrooms. The shower screen totally ineffective in first bathroom, causing a flooded floor which made it dangerous when stepping out. Other bathroom overflow had to be replaced as it was broken and caused water to come through into the kitchen below.

Problems with shower should be rectified, back windows cleaned and the outside painted at the back. The front should be kept weed free also. I feel £2,100 is excessive compared to other properties I’ve rented. On the plus side the kitchen was very well equipped, and the house was comfortable despite being in a run down area.

Very close to the beach and the house was clean and tidy with everything you’d need for a holiday
