Location to were we needed to be, had an allocated parking spot, though it was a bit uneven and needed to reverse on from a main road.

It’s on a main road so traffic noise was sometimes a problem, no light over the kitchenette area, having no hot water in the bathroom sink,

A lovely studio apartment. Nicely furnished and decorated. Nice hot shower. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location for lovely walks on the Tarka Trail .

Smelt a bit musty when we arrived. Think the heater should have been on to air the apartment before we arrived. It was fine after a while.

Location was very good - on the main coastal road. Stdio 61 has everything needed for a short a stay. The property is clean and modern. The hosts have provided a wealth of great local information. We had a slight wifi problem on arrival but the hosts were very helpful.

The parking in the front of the building was very full at times and we were glad we had used our smaller car. The accommodation was very hot despite the provision of a good fan. The duvet was great, but very thick - the last night we took it out of the cover and just used the cover which made it much more comfortable.

This is a delightful studio, ideal for a few days break in North Devon. Within easy reach of many attractions. Clean, comfortable, well planned and equipped, on site parking. We loved it and would highly recommend it. Great value too.
