I had some problems with the entrance door and had to try several times to open it. It was raining and cold, which made it bad. But after messaging the property owner, next day the problem was fixed.

It was exactly what I needed at the price.

We had a small apartment at our disposal: a room with a kitchenette and a tiny bathroom. There was an electric kettle, microwave and a fridge. The room was clean and looked OK.

The worst thing was that the owner/manager did not answer to my emails sent a few days before my arrival. In my view, it is very rude to behave like this, and for this reason I will never book the same apartment any more. Second, I do not like the system with the code sent on the day of arrival to enter the building and the room. In my view the code should be sent at least one day earlier, because such a system may create huge problems. On the day of arrival I walked a lot using GPS (mobile). Because it was also very cold, my mobile died at some point, and I had no access to the message with codes. Luckily when we entered the shop the battery level rose to 4% and I was able to send my companions the sms with codes, and therefore we managed to enter the room I had booked. I had similar problems during my previous visit to UK. Third, I booked a room for three people, but when we entered the room, there was no quilt, pillows and linen for the third person (myself). I called the owner, and she promised to send sb with the missing things within half an hour, but this person arrived after 2 hours after my call. Because I slept very short the previous night (we had an early plane) and walked more than 20 km in a cold, I was deadly tired, and it was a problem for me to wait for my beddings.
