Me gusto el lugar pero el acceso es como una casa y encontré algunos cabellos en la habitación pero nada de que preocuparse

Es un hotel con buen diseño y muy tranquilo. Además el personal fue muy amable y hacen de tu estancia mejor. En específico felicidades al equipo de limpieza que siempre te atiende con una sonrisa :)

New, modern, clean place, spacious room and bathroom, excellent bed. For breakfast go to nearby Breaking Bread Cafe, 2 walking minutes away because there is no restaurant at hotel, only vending machines. Close to many restaurants along Juárez all in walking distance. Entrance outside not appealing due to abandoned properties but inside hotel it’s modern and clean. Very quiet at night.

El lugar es perfecto, su ubicación es cerca de restaurantes, la zona es segura, bonita y silenciosa. La recepción fue excelente, al hacer check in pudimos ir a pasear mientras nos preparaban la habitación y llevaban nuestras maletas. El lugar es cómodo, con todas las facilidades y discreto que es algo que me encantó..

El hotel está muy bien, las instalaciones y el trato muy buenos, la habitación muy bien conservada. Todo excelente. La parte que no me gusta es el estacionamiento solo cuentan con pocos espacios para automóvil y si se llena el auto se queda afuera en la calle y se sabe que en Puebla capital existe mucho el robo de autopartes y eso no me permitió dormir tranquilamente al quedarse mi auto afuera.

The boutique hotel is brand new, located on quiet and safe street, and the staff- front desk service is outstanding. They helped when I checked out with my elderly parents, who felt very safe and appreciative. I found this very special, in addition, they accommodated a few requests without hesitation. Thumps up for the staff and the facilities, I will be back for sure.
