Rouge Romantic Jacuzzi Suite Palermo Centro

Furnished to a high spec, great location and responsive host. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here, it was comfortable and the jacuzzi was enjoyable. The location is also convenient and not too noisy at night. Claudio was very helpful and responded to us quickly on whatsapp, and booked our taxi for when we checked out. The reason for not 10/10 is the cleanliness could have been better, some of the glasses and mugs were dirty, and some dusty surfaces.

An interesting, unique and comfortable apartment in easy walking distance to Palermo historical center. Claudio was an exceptionally helpful and responsive host.

The apartment itself is very nice, well maintained, and the spa bathtub looked very nice HOWEVER, it did not have most of the amenities that were listed on the site. The owner was confrontational, unhelpful, and unapologetic when we brought up the fact that the amenities were not included on site.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! I chose this property, specifically, because it was listed as a SPA and it said in the listing under Property Facilities that there were spa services, parking, a wellness, and a swimming pool. Upon arriving at the property, we quickly saw that the only thing it did have was a spa bathtub. We noticed soon after getting to the apartment that the bathroom sink was leaking so we called the property owner who came over right away to get it fixed. While waiting for a plumber to come, we began asking about these extra amenities that were listed on booking.com and he quickly became defensive and a bit confrontational with my husband. After going back and forth, he admitted that he'd included these services as a "marketing strategy" and that he did not have them on the property. He then said that they were close by which is why he included them on his listing. We would have to pay extra for them and we repeatedly explained that by listing it under "Facilities of Rouge Suite & SPA PALERMO CENTRO," it implies that these things are included on the property and included in the room charge. He refused to even try to understand our point of view, kept changing his reasoning for including things that weren't true, and never apologized for anything but instead, blamed us for not reading the listing correctly. The apartment itself is very nice, well maintained, and the spa bathtub looked very nice. The owner was confrontational and the listing is a completely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Stay here if these amenities don't mean anything to you but be warned, there isn't an indoor or outdoor pool, there aren't any spa facilities, there isn't a wellness center, there isn't any parking and the only thing that is there is the spa bathtub.

Really nice apartment, Claudio was a really helpful host who made our stay in Sicily that much better!
