Muy céntrico, con todo lo necesario para el día a día muy fácil el acceso está la línea del autobús c1 el paradero está en todo el frente del apto

Lo único que no tiene aire acondicionado pero no hace tanto calor y hay ventiladores

The bar next to the apartment serves a very good pan y tomate for breakfast :)

We wanted to check in late in the night (cause our flight landed late) and notified the landlord in advance (10 days before getting in). Only few hours before our flight they said we couldn’t get in the apartment that late even if it was actually a self check in (with a locker outside) and forced us to book another place to stay for that night and spend more money(90€ confirmation number 6111361250). The apartment is a basement, really smelly of damp and with mold in the ceiling and walls. The towels didn’t dry cause of humidity and the shower was blocked. We asked for explanations about all of these problems regarding the apartment, including the request of having more towels, but the landlord was really unhelpful and ghosted us during the whole weekend. 🤮

To start with the good side: price and location a person who comes to see the city doesn't really need anything else,

It must be said that it is a basement apartment with not much light and a lot of influence from the building and from the nearby road. that there is no table in the house where 4 people can eat and instead there is are 3 barchairs, I can't stand that a person can't wash normally, the shower head was clogged so that hardly anything flowed through, and the water was either cold or boiling, there were practically no intermediate stages... the bathroom is the worst part of the residence and at the end this is studio apartment not 1 bedroom apartment
